What is counselling?

Counselling provides an opportunity to explore personal issues in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential setting.

Our counselling is offered in 50 minute sessions that usually take place on a weekly basis.

It provides a psychological space that family or friends cannot provide and can help you understand your feelings and help you think more clearly.

Emotional problems and stress can affect any of us at any time. You may need help to come to terms with your past, gain fresh perspective on current circumstances, or find new vision for the future.

The aim of counselling is to provide the opportunity for you to explore, discover and clarify ways of living a more satisfying, and resourceful life.
